Our chic city centre apartments are beautifully restored and renovated self-catering homes away from home, right in the heart of the city. Ardmor House (our guest house) has been awarded a four star grading for quality and facilities by Visit Scotland (the Scottish tourist Board) – all apartments live up to the same style and quality standards, each with its own individualilty.

Our main rental currently, is located on Gayfield Square however we often have more rentals available, especially during busier months. The Gayfield Square house is infact the whole ground floor of a traditional Georgian house with private garden set back from a leafy square at the east end of the Georgian New Town and a stones throw from Princes Street. We’ve designed the accommodation with stylish luxury in mind for those who want their independence whilst visiting the city and are looking for the same high standard and ambience that we offer at Ardmor House.

The apartments are rented on a minimum three nights basis and rates vary depending on time of year (fesitval time in August is the busiest!), length of stay and number in party. To give a guide, Gayfield Square currently rents from £150-£250 per night.
