We have three self catering apartments available. All are located close to Broughton Street at the eastern end of the Georgian New Town. Our Gayfield Street apartment has been running as a self catering alternative to our guest house since the summer of 2002. Our Scotland Street apartment opened in 2005, and if you're looking for Georgian grandeur meets contemporary, we're sure you'll love it! Our latest addition is our Gayfield Square house - the ground floor of a traditional Georgian house with your own garden! As with our guest house, they are owned and managed by myself (Robin) and my partner Colin - although mainly by me, since Colin likes to think that his full time job is much more time consuming and pressurised - I constantly disagree - of course! You'll be greeted on arrival (just remember to let us know when that will be!), when we'll give you keys, check you in and give you the full run down on how to operate the dishwasher and the television! - and of course directions to the nearest pub!

We've created the apartments for those who would like a little more independence whilst in the city. If you're here for a slightly longer stay - we ask for a minimum of 3 nights - and you'd like the same standard of quality and style that we are proud of in the guest house, then this may be the ideal option for you.
